How long is the course?

That depends on your current knowledge and study habits. You can take up to 3 months to complete the course. The course is equal to 16 hours of classroom instruction.

What are the exams like?

The exams are based on the course workbook that you get. If you study the material you should have no problem with the exams. The questions are multiple choice from the chapters in the workbook. You can answer a question or two. Put it aside and do something else. Come back to it when you're ready.

When you finished the exam just email it back to us. That's all there is to it.

What if I don't pass the exam?

You can retake the exam as many times as you like. There is a $20.00 fee for each time you retake the exam.

What if I have questions about something?

You can also ask for help on an issue by email, if you need it.

How much is the course and what type of payments do you take?

The workbook is over 50 pages and very comprehensive and detailed. Case studies are included. The workbook is your's. The actual workbook is in an Adobe PDF format.
