examine the fundamentals required to understand, plan
and implement an effective quality management system
incorporating the ISO 9001:2000 standard. Students will
gain a firm understanding of the principles and benefits
of conforming to the ISO 9001:2000 quality management
system.

employees to get them up to speed fast on the ISO
9001:2000 requirements
This course is a pre-requisite for the
ISO 9001:2000 internal auditor course. If you want both

How long is
the course?
That depends on
your current knowledge and study habits. You can take up
to 3 months to complete the course.
What is the
exam like?
The exam is based on the course workbook that you get. If you
study the material you should have no problem with the
exam. The questions are True/False from the
contents of the workbook. The exam is multiple choice.
You will receive the exam at the same
time you receive the course workbook.
You can answer a question or two.
Put it aside and do something else. Come back to it when
your ready.
When you finished the questions just
email back to me. That's all there is to it.
