Ever spent too much time trying to develop and
perfect a form, a manual or a procedure?...
The frustration of trying to satisfy
everybody’s needs can be exhausting. Then the uncertainty about whether
or not the documents will pass an ISO 9000 audit starts to creep into
the back of your brain.
You think "What if the auditor finds
something wrong? I’ll need to revise it. The boss isn’t going to be
happy." And, the whole frustration thing starts over.
I know through 20 years of
experience just how easy it can be with the right tools and how terrible
without. What if you could get your hands on my 20 years of experience?
Nirvana, right?
Take it from me, a great template
can speed you along to a compliant and/or improved ISO 9000 system. I
use the best templates around. Templates endorsed by the
ISO 9000 Council.
Jumpstart
Templates give you a jumpstart on
implementation or revisions to the system. They are the perfect starting
point. You can also see an improvement to an existing ISO 9000 system
when the documents and forms are simple, easy to use and understand by
employees.
ISO 9000 Quality Manual (QM)
The Quality Manual is the backbone
of the system. I have audited two types of quality manuals for the 2000
edition of the standard.

The first type is
The QM structured on the standard. It follows the standard clause by
clause. Not my favorite but, very popular with many companies.
The other is
the
processed based QM and Procedures. I like this type because it describes the actual quality
management system the company has put into place. This is the type of
quality manual the authors of the standard want companies to write.
Procedures
ISO 9001:2000 requires six
documented procedures. Many companies create more. Don’t write more if
they won’t add value. There is no value in creating documents no one
reads.
Start with the six required and then decide if any others are
needed.
Forms
Forms are a special type of
document. Forms need to be controlled like other system documents. What
makes forms special? They turn into records. It’s magic! Someone
fills-in a form and shazam, it’s a record.
The bad news…records need to be
controlled, also. If you get setup correctly from the beginning, the
record control thing is snap.
Here are some of the records you’ll
need:
- Corrective and Preventive Action
- Customer Surveys
- Customer Satisfaction
- Employee Competence Evaluations
- Job Description Requirements
- Management Review Meetings
- Quality Planning Records
- Record Retention
- Supplier Evaluation
- Training Plans
- Training Evaluations
- Training Records
Take a look at these record templates. They are going to save you
time, money, and stop the aggravation of audit problems. I use the
templates to speedup the implementation and certification process for my
clients. Clients don’t want to pay consultant fees for me sitting at a
computer designing manuals, procedures and forms. I’ll bet you have
better things to do, also.
Manufacturing or Service Company
You can customize the templates for
any business. Customizing them is a snap. There are complete
instructions with every template. Heck, if I can do it, anyone can.
The customizing feature gives you
control over making the format consist from the QM through the
procedures and forms.
Don’t waste your valuable time and
talent designing and developing ISO 9000 documents. Order your templates
now and get $60.00 off the complete ISO 9000 Package that
