It covers all the common processes in companies beginning with customers' requests for quotes and going through to packaging and shipping the order. We have added blank template pages so you can add more processes or questions that you want. The checklist is over 230 pages and covers everything needed to pass certification and surveillance audits. The checklist is also the lowest priced one I found and twice as comprehensive, only $9.95. If you want an ISO/TS 16949 process-based checklist, I have that also. The TS 16949 checklist has nearly 400 pages covering automotive processes. The TS checklist is the best bargain around at $14.95.

What is the Auditing to ISO 9001:2000? This training is designed to provide a thorough understanding of the auditing guidelines and principles set forth in ISO 19011:2002. And, the ISO 9001:2000 requirements. Students will gain a firm understanding of the principles and benefits of process auditing. Case studies are used in the examinations to further increase the student's understanding of applying the process auditing approach. The class is designed for students who are new to process auditing and those auditors who need to upgrade their expertise from 1994 edition and ISO 10011-1 Auditing Guidelines. Or, auditors that need to recertify the auditor knowledge and skills. The course complies with the RABQSA guidelines for the study aspects of auditing. Auditing to ISO 9001:2000 class is only $99.00. This includes the course workbook with over 70 information packed pages, the exams, grading of the exams and my personal coaching (up to 1 hour). How long is the course? That depends on your current knowledge and study habits. You can take up to 3 months to complete the course. What is the exam like? The exam is based on the course workbook that you get. If you study the material you should have no problem with the exam. The questions and case studies are from the contents of the workbook. The exam is multiple choice. You can answer a question or two. Put it aside and do something else. Come back to it when you're ready. When you finished the questions just email it back to us. That's all there is to it.
