QPA provides quality training and consulting services. We have been doing it for 21 years. Our training classes have been presented to thousands of companies and tens-of-thousands of students.

QPA has a comprehensive suite of online courses to support productivity and quality improvement initiatives.  Since 1987 when we released our first training program, Introduction to ISO 9000, quality professionals from Fortune 500 companies to small manufacturers have looked to QPA for comprehensive content, reliable service, and an ever-growing product line.

Our classes are some of the most reasonably priced. That's especially important today with shrinking budgets and the need to continuously improve product and service. The reasonable price doesn't mean inferior quality. It means we don't have fancy offices and fancy furniture. Low overhead on our part results in great content and prices for you.

Qualified Instructors

Our trainers must pass a competency evaluation for each course they teach. They must have at least ten years experience in the subject and industry before working with our customers. We will not send an instructor or auditor to you that is not qualified for the job and has not actually worked in the industry.

Who to choose and what delivery method for your training

Finding and choosing the right type of training and venue has become more complex over the past ten years.

Instructor led courses provide the best overall learning experience for the money. That is if the instructor is qualified and can answer the students' questions. In other words, it is learner-centered and not content-centered.

I personally vouch from experience that having personal coaching available is truly beneficial and unique.
